Catlyne Haddaoui
Senior Associate, Just Transition
Cat is a Senior Associate in WRI’s Climate, Economics, and Finance Program. As an economist, she leads research projects on the macroeconomic and distributional impacts of both climate change and the low-carbon transition, combining economic analysis and policy evaluation with a focus on labour market.
Prior to this role, Cat oversaw the Global Research and Policy Program of the Coalition for Urban Transitions (WRI) where she produced research on the economic case for low-carbon urban development, national urban policies in developing countries and multi-level governance for coordinated action on sustainable and inclusive cities.
Cat holds a MPhil in Development Economics from the Centre for Studies and Research on International Development (CERDI, France).
Cat lives in London with her partner and their daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys knitting while watching sitcoms.
