This high-level session will launch the report, The State of Ocean-Based Climate Action in 2025 NDCs, and spotlight progress made since UNOC3, showcasing how ocean-based solutions are being integrated into national strategies for mitigation, adaptation, and resilience. Leaders and practitioners will highlight opportunities, lessons, gaps, and challenges as we enter the decisive next decade—charting a path from COP30 toward COP31 and beyond to ensure ocean action delivers for people, nature, and the Paris Agreement.
