Day 1
Day 2
Day 3
This was an exploratory workshop series on improving crop residue digestibility for livestock feed applications. With over 5 billion tons of crop residue produced worldwide annually, this workshop explored the challenges posed by low digestibility and the potential solutions that can lead to more sustainable livestock production. This workshop brought together researchers, institutions, companies, and funders to collectively address this issue, fostering collaboration and innovative strategies that bridge the gap between food security, farmer livelihoods, land use, and agricultural methane reduction.
