This Special Terms of Service for the NDC 3.0 Navigator is intended to be additive to the WRI General Terms of Use. This Website was developed by WRI in collaboration with the secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement (the “secretariat”) and compiles information and resources on development of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC). All use of materials provided on this Website must follow the Terms of Use herein, including reproduction or transmission, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording or the use of any information storage and retrieval system.
Any use, copying or reproduction of the WRI logo and/or the UNFCCC logo in any way require prior written authorization.
