The OurEnergy2030 coalition, in collaboration with the Clean Energy Investment Accelerator and the ENGINE Institute, is hosting a first-of-its-kind, multi-sectoral press conference on responsive, inclusive and decisive energy transformation and climate action in the Philippines on July 29 from 1:00-3:30 PM Singapore time. The OurEnergy2030 coalition, a youth-based bipartisan platform, will gather representatives from civil society, the private sector, the industrial sector and government in an effort to highlight the intergenerational issue of energy transformation as an important pathway toward cheaper electricity, cleaner air and economic growth.

Joining the press conference are representatives from Toyota Motors Philippines and its supply chain, AC Energy and First Gen Corporation. The OurEnergy2030 coalition has been working with these companies to craft a joint statement of support for rapid and full implementation of the Green Energy Option Program in the Philippines.
