Radhika is the Research Associate II, Restoration Finance and Outcome Buyer Engagement for WRI's Global Restoration Initiative. Her work focuses on identifying and advancing pathways for private sector involvement in achieving restoration outcomes.

In her previous role at WRI, Radhika focused on scaling private sector contributions to nature by aligning incentives and conducting research on market-based solutions to support nature conservation and restoration.

Prior to this, she worked as a program manager for farm animal welfare at Humane Society International/India, where she led collaborations with businesses to implement ethical protein procurement policies and engaged stakeholders to develop the Indian alternative protein ecosystem.

Radhika holds a master’s degree in public policy with a specialization in economics & development from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, NUS, Singapore, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from R.V. College of Engineering, India. She lives in Washington DC, and enjoys sunset walks with her dog Inca, trying out new vegan recipes and reading.
