Prior to joining the Urban Mobility team, Anna interned with the Coalition of Urban Transitions, providing research inputs on how nations with expanding urban centers can grow their economies while prioritizing sustainability and resilience. She has also done research in food sustainability and wrote her honors thesis on life cycle impacts of plant based and conventional diets, with additional consideration of “junk food” to correct for real-life consumption habits.

Anna holds a B.A. in environmental policy from Duke University in Durham, NC. She is most proud of her volunteer work in Costa Rica, where she helped plant 5,000 native trees to reforest barren farmlands.
