Patricksandre Oliveira is an Engagement Analyst in the Forests and Land Use Program at WRI Brasil. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics, a master's degree in Public Management for Amazon Development from the Núcleo de Altos Estudos Amazônicos (NAEA) at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), and a postgraduate specialization in City Management and Sustainability from the Núcleo de Meio Ambiente (NUMA) at UFPA.

Since 2016, he has worked in the fields of innovation, forest restoration, public policy, sustainability, and the bioeconomy, with a focus on the Amazon. Since 2022, he has also served as a volunteer Ambassador for the Jornada Amazônia Gênese Program in the state of Pará, an initiative of Fundação CERTI.

Before joining WRI Brasil, Patricksandre worked as a Planning Analyst at the Pará State Department of Public Health. He also served as Director of the Department of Financing and Resource Mobilization at the Municipal Secretariat for Planning and Management of Belém, where he co-created the Belém Innovation and Bioeconomy District (DIBB). In addition, he worked as an advisor at the International Relations Office of the Government of the State of Pará, focusing on sustainable development and the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

His professional career began in the nonprofit sector between 2008 and 2015, working with human rights organizations dedicated to promoting social transformation in vulnerable communities across the Amazon. His work focused on strengthening sustainable local economies that support both forest conservation and ecological restoration.
