Kim is a seasoned individual philanthropy and development operations leader with more than 15 years’ experience developing the infrastructure, processes, and products that support donor engagement, fundraising strategy, and organizational growth.

As Director of Individual Philanthropy Services, she oversees key functions supporting Individual and Family Foundation giving, including communications, gift administration, prospect research, due diligence, CRM and development operations.

Prior to joining WRI in 2017, Kim worked in both the nonprofit and business sectors, including roles at the National Trust for Historic Preservation and as co-founder and owner of a retail confectionary. She holds a B.A. in Art History from Grinnell College and a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate from Georgetown University.
