The security and green development of global supply chains is a critical driver for ensuring food and energy security, addressing climate change, and achieving global sustainable development. WRI and China Chamber of International Commerce Sustainable Committee will jointly organize a workshop on “Technology & Innovation Driving Green Supply Chain” at the COP28 China Pavilion. This event will invite experts from food, energy, technology and other relevant fields to discuss how to promote the sustainable transformation of energy and food systems through green supply chain, how technology and innovation could drive green supply chain, and how to strengthen multi-stakeholder collaboration to realize the synergies between climate biodiversity agendas.

Mr. Moazzam Malik, Managing Director for Global Delivery of WRI will join panel discussion at the event. Dr. FANG Li, Chief Representative of WRI Beijing Representative Office will deliver an opening remark and have discussion with representatives from think tank, financial institution, and the private sector on the incentives and best practices for driving green supply chain.
