Carrick Reddin
Project Manager, Faith and Sustainability Initiative
Carrick Reddin is Project Manager for the WRI Faith and Sustainability Initiative. He partners with faith-based groups to identify ideas and implement programs that build capacity for community-level solutions to sustainability challenges with the goal of fostering environmentally sustainable, socially just communities.
Prior to joining WRI, Carrick worked as Senior Policy Fellow at Georgetown University’s Environmental Justice Program, where he led a study on climate resilient sustainable development policies with the Government of Mongolia. Carrick has also held positions with AREP’s global urban planning practice, Rise Community Development’s affordable housing and urban planning teams, and the Children and Youth Constituency for Sustainable Communities.
Carrick holds a master’s degree from the Urban School at l’Institut d'études politiques de Paris and a bachelor’s degree in architecture and international development from Washington University in St. Louis. His artistic and journalistic works have been featured by the World Economic Forum, American Institute of Architects, United Nations Habitat, and Next City, among other publications.
Carrick lives in Los Angeles, California, where he enjoys surfing, hiking, and eating tacos.
