Natalia Ramos Batista
Procurement and Contract Compliance Analyst

Natalia Ramos Batista is a Procurement and Contract Compliance Analyst at WRI Brazil, based in the São Paulo office. She is part of the G&C team, working directly on the coordination and maintenance of the CI-GEF Project’s Annual Procurement Plan and ensuring the execution of processes and documentation required by both the Donor and WRI Brazil’s procurement and contracting policies. In addition, she supports the G&C area in its procurement and contracting pillar across the entire organization.
Before joining WRI Brazil, Natalia worked in managing healthcare service contracts, preparing accountability reports for public agencies, and overseeing bidding processes. She also conducted internal audits, risk assessments, regulatory compliance projects, due diligence, development of internal policies, and delivery of compliance training. Her career further includes experience as a lawyer, providing both advisory and litigation services.
Natalia holds a Law degree from Centro Universitário Salesiano de São Paulo (UNISAL) and a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Labor Procedure from Damásio Educacional. She is currently pursuing specializations in Administrative Law and Public Administration at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, as well as in Compliance and Corporate Governance at Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC).
