Alice Kwak is a Policy Research Associate with the Electric School Bus Initiative, where she researches and advocates for electric school bus policies, shaping the development of state programs.

Previously, Alice served as a Policy Fellow for State Senator Christine Cohen, co-chair of the Connecticut Environment Committee, where she advanced plans for statewide transportation electrification. She has also worked with several healthcare systems as a Healthcare Sustainability Associate, promoting sustainable medical practices. During her graduate studies, she extensively researched the intersection of building decarbonization and human health.

Alice holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Public Health from Yale University, specializing in climate change and health policy.

Alice lives in New Haven, Connecticut, where she enjoys the fall foliage of New England.
