Prior to this role, Pandora led strategic engagement initiatives at WRI's Ross Center for Sustainable Cities, the New Climate Economy and the Coalition for Urban Transitions, where she engaged senior national government decision-makers and helped elevate the global case for national action to transform towns and cities. Earlier, she managed global city engagement and partnerships at CDP and worked in research and policy roles at the Overseas Development Institute and the European Commission. She holds an MSc in Climate Change and Development and a BSc in Physical Geography.
