Bruno Felin is Communications Manager for the Coalition for High Ambition Multilevel Partnerships for Climate Action (CHAMP), a global coalition of more than 70 countries working to strengthen collaboration between national and subnational governments and accelerate climate action.

Before joining CHAMP, Bruno spent ten years at WRI Brasil, where he led institutional communications and supported major initiatives across Climate, Economics and Finance, Forests, and Cities. As part of WRI’s global delegation, he led communications for WRI Brasil’s engagement at COP28, COP29, and COP30, shaping media strategy, institutional messaging, and content around the conferences’ key outcomes.

A journalist by training, Bruno has more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications, media relations, and storytelling. Before transitioning into strategic communications, he built his career as a reporter and editor specializing in science, urban affairs, and environmental reporting. He holds a degree in Journalism and a postgraduate specialization in Digital Journalism from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), Brazil.

Outside work, Bruno enjoys cooking, surfing, and exploring urban culture and the arts. He recently relocated to The Hague with his wife and their two young children.
