Penny is an experienced senior communications and marketing specialist with over 25 years’ experience shaping strategy, brand reputation, and growth of both commercial and not-for-profit organizations. Having worked for many years at board level in financial communications, she most recently worked as Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing at Climate Bonds Initiative and at CDP as Global Director of Communications and Marketing.

She has extensive expertise in sustainable finance, stakeholder engagement, organization transformation and has recruited, shaped and led high-performing international teams.

Penny's mother tongue is English and she speaks fluent French and German.
