Haley is the Operations Manager for the US Energy Team. She oversees the team's budget, financial management and personnel operations in support of the program's strategic goals.

She has been working at WRI since 2021, where she started as a Grants and Finance Specialist. Prior to joining WRI, Haley worked as a Program Supervisor for an international non-profit supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Haley holds a B.S. in Community Health and Administration from George Mason University.

She resides in Richmond, Virginia.
