Lauren Redfield is the Global Senior Project Manager for the WRI Polsky Energy Center, where she supports the delivery of ambitious, high-impact energy initiatives around the world. She works across global teams, country offices, donors, and partners to strengthen collaboration, advance effective project delivery, and help translate innovative energy solutions into lasting impact.

Prior to this role, Lauren was a Project Manager for Corporate Relations at WRI, where she supported strategic partnerships at the intersection of environmental sustainability and private sector engagement. Before joining WRI, she designed and managed international development programs at Chemonics International and Tetra Tech, including initiatives of up to $200 million across Africa and Latin America focused on sustainable livelihoods, climate adaptation, innovative finance, and market systems resilience.

Lauren holds a BA in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College and an MA in International Development Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. She speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

Working from her hometown of Seattle, Washington, Lauren enjoys forest bathing, bike touring, coordinating group foraging and backpacking wilderness trips in the US and abroad, and gathering friends around campfire hot pot.
