Dr. Lulu Kavishe is a Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting recruitment efforts at WRI. Bringing over 10 years of experience in sourcing and hiring top talent, she is skilled at finding talent for hard to fill positions and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Prior to joining WRI, Dr. Kavishe worked with international organizations across various sectors leading end-to-end recruitment processes and building high-performing teams.

She is passionate about aligning people with purpose and takes pride in creating meaningful connections between exceptional candidates and impactful opportunities.

She earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Psychology, a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
