Keylou Guinea is the Regional Accounting Lead for World Resources Institute, supporting the financial operations of its European offices and helping ensure the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of accounting, reporting, and internal control processes across the region. He works closely with colleagues across finance, operations, and program teams to support financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, compliance, process improvements, and the continuous development of the finance function.

Prior to joining WRI, Keylou spent around eight years with KPMG member firms in the Netherlands, Jamaica, and the Philippines. During this time, he led complex financial reporting and assurance engagements for multinational organizations across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, technology, energy, healthcare, government, and not-for-profit organizations. His experience includes financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, process improvement, and cross-border stakeholder coordination.

Keylou is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Iloilo, where he graduated Cum Laude and was recognized as the institution’s Most Outstanding Accountancy Graduate.
