Katie Roper is the Senior Manager and Lead for WRI's Campaign for People, Nature, and Climate. As a member of the Individual Philanthropy team, she provides strategic support to strengthen donor engagement, advance fundraising priorities, and equip leadership, frontline fundraisers, and the Campaign Cabinet for their interactions with individual donors and prospects.

Prior to joining WRI, Katie spent a decade in various fundraising roles at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History.

Katie received her B.A. from the University of Mary Washington in English and Art History and a Master of Science in Museum Leadership from Drexel University. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband Soroosh, their daughter, Noah, and their two dogs, Pepper and Olive.
