Her technical expertise spans GIS, remote sensing, monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) systems, with a focus on equity-centered and evidence-based approaches to sustainable land and water management.
Eunice holds an MSc in Geospatial Systems and Remote Sensing from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and is a proven leader in food systems commissioned by the African food system leadership programme. She is certified in Climate Governance, Diplomacy and Negotiations Leadership by the African Group of Negotiators Experts Support (AGNES).
