Erin Lidz is the Project Manager, Impact Philanthropy on the Individual Philanthropy team. She joined WRI in 2024.

Before joining WRI, Erin worked in the nonprofit sector for more than eight years, with six years of direct fundraising experience. She was previously the Associate Development Manager at Rising for Justice and, before that, the Director of Communications, overseeing all development work, at Parkmont School.

Erin received a BA in Communications from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from The George Washington University.

Erin lives in Washington, DC with her partner, Kevin, and their children, Finley and Kiera.
