Wenrui Qu
Knowledge & Learning Intern, NDC Partnership

Wenrui Qu is the Knowledge & Learning Intern of the NDC Partnership. Her primary responsibilities include conducting research on climate finance, updating the climate funds database, and providing support for the development and delivery of various knowledge products, guidance documents, events, and trainings.
Wenrui is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy degree at the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University. She holds a dual degree in Environmental Science, with a focus on the Public Policy Track, from both Duke Kunshan University (B.S.) and Duke University (B.A). Her research focuses on energy transition efforts, marine fisheries policies, and plastic waste management. Additionally, she has also explored topics related to sustainable development, domestic violence, and population demographics.
Originally from Qingdao, China, she now resides in Durham, NC. In her spare time, she loves playing basketball and is always trying to be a better point guard. She also enjoys flower arrangement, hiking, and cheering for her favorite basketball teams.
