Vivian Dal'Lin is a Senior Urban Development Analyst at WRI Brasil and part of the team responsible for projects related to the planning and implementation of urban policies in Brazil, governance and local participation, management of urban land use, housing and access to urban opportunities, focusing on producing more resilient, fair and equitable cities.

Prior to joining WRI Brasil, Vivian worked at the consulting company Arcadis, starting in the area of environmental licensing, followed by participation in strategic environmental planning projects. Later she began to coordinate projects aimed at urban and environmental territorial planning and development in different Brazilian states, including the elaboration of public policies, especially Participatory Master Plans, and structuring of public consultation processes and governance networks, with an emphasis on building resilient territories through the inclusion of a climate perspective in their planning and the reframing and reconversion of disused and underused areas.

Vivian is an Architect and Urban Planner from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and has a Specialization in City Planning and Management from the Continuing Education Program of the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP).
