Savannah Willard
Grants and Finance Specialist II

Savannah Willard is a Grants & Contracts Specialist in Core Functions, strengthening WRI's portfolio of partnerships through subgrant and contract review. She loves teaching, connecting, and enabling teams to transform clear agreements into impactful, community-oriented projects.
Prior to joining the Grants and Contracts team, Savannah worked as a Grants & Finance Specialist on WRI's Air Quality Program. She has also interned for WRI’s Climate Program and the Holy See’s Permanent Observer Mission to the United Nations.
Savannah holds a B.S.F.S. in Regional and Comparative Studies, focusing on Africa and Europe, with a minor in Classics from Georgetown University.
In her free time, Savannah enjoys running in DC, reading poetry, cooking, and visiting her family in Minnesota.
