Priyanka Roche is a Research Analyst, U.S. Energy Program, at the World Resources Institute, and works on multiple projects that focus on driving a smooth low-carbon transition in the power sector of the United States. She provides research support on state regulatory policies, federal programs, and electricity market design to initiatives that drive clean energy adoption.

Prior to joining WRI, Priyanka worked as a program and partnerships manager at Pratham Education Foundation. She led various corporate and government partnerships to increase employment among rural and urban youth in India and also managed programs in construction and migration. She also worked as an employability skills trainer at Technoserve in Mumbai.

Priyanka holds an M.A. in International Economics and Energy, Resources, and Environment from the School of Advanced and International Studies, Johns Hopkins, and a B.A. in Economics from St. Xaviers College, Mumbai.

Priyanka lives in DC and loves to jive, keep up with music, tweet, and work out in her spare time.
