Natalie Walsh works as the Human Resources Coordinator. She leads the New Hire Induction process, coordinates all intern programming, and supports in administrative processes for the Human Resources team.

Natalie joined the HR team in April 2022 but has been at WRI since March of 2020. Before joining the HR team, Natalie worked as the Development Coordinator on the Corporate Relations team within the Business Center, where she supported the expansion of the CR team to help scale WRI's work through private sector engagement.  

Prior to joining WRI, Natalie worked as a Programs Associate at the National Archives Foundation, where she aided in expanding their development efforts through National Membership appeals and donor stewardship.

Natalie holds a B.A. in History from the College of Wooster, in Wooster, Ohio, where she also minored in Political Science.

Natalie lives in Washington, D.C., and loves reading, stand-up, live music, and swapping little-known historical facts.
