Monika Agarwal is a Senior Manager with the Sustainable Landscapes and Restoration program at World Resources Institute. Here she supports the ongoing work on food loss and waste and other research on sustainable and regenerative agriculture.

Monika comes with extensive experience in grassroot level programme implementation, policy research and advocacy in pastoralism, food security, financial inclusion, and land tenure.

She has worked with Centre for Pastoralism, Foundation for ecological Security, International Land Coalition (ILC) in India, South Asian Pastoralist Alliance (SAPA), and World Alliance for Mobile and Indigenous Peoples, and EDA Rural System.

Monika is a graduate from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA).
