Liz Bridgwater
Research Analyst II

Liz is a Research Analyst for the U.S. Climate team. She provides analytical support for America Is All In, a coalition of subnational leaders taking climate action. She also works on research and analysis of carbon removal approaches.
Prior to joining the U.S. team, Liz interned at WRI with the Science Based Targets initiative as a Communications and Digital Marketing Intern. She has also interned at the NOAA Climate Program Office, where she interviewed congressional staffers about the NOAA congressional communication strategy.
Liz graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lawrence University with a BA in Chemistry and Environmental Studies. As part of a NASA-funded grant, she studied the production of ozone from abandoned natural gas wells in Pennsylvania. She also developed a community-based project to monitor particulate matter pollution at a Wisconsin farm situated on the fence line of a silica sand mine.
She is based in Colorado, where she enjoys hiking, creating music, and writing.
