Isabel Bartmann
Grants & Finance Specialist, WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities

Isabel is the Grants & Finance Specialist within WRI Ross Center's Urban Efficiency and Climate team, working primarily on Electric Mobility projects. She manages the operations and finances for the work stream.
Prior to joining WRI, while living in DC Isabel has worked in political risk consulting and emerging markets and ESG investing. Before moving to DC, she worked for an investment fund in São Paulo, specializing in sovereign debt.
Isabel holds a M.A. in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a B.A. in History from Cornell University.
Isabel is originally from New York City and in her free time enjoys cooking, reading and doing any kind of outdoor activity.
