Erin Lasher
Research Analyst, Science Based Targets Initative

Erin Lasher is a Research Analyst in WRI's Business Center. She works on target validation and standard setting for the Science Based Targets initiative, a global partnership that drives ambitious corporate GHG reduction targets aligned with the Paris Agreement.
Erin’s background is in greenhouse gas accounting and climate action in the public sector. Prior to joining WRI, she served as a Greenhouse Gas Inventory Specialist for the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. Before her role in Virginia, she managed a program at the Indiana University Environmental Resilience Institute that helps Indiana localities develop greenhouse gas inventories and climate action plans.
Erin holds a B.A. in Environmental Sustainability and Geography from Indiana University.
Erin lives in Richmond, VA with her dog, Buddy. In her free time, Erin enjoys hiking, weightlifting, and exploring local vegetarian cuisine.
