Emma is a Research Analyst with WRI's Climate Resilience Practice. Her foci include locally led adaptation to climate change, long-term adaptation strategies for Latin America and the Caribbean, and co-creation of climate-informed digital platforms for agriculture. Previously, Emma did research and coordination for CRP's Global Commission on Adaptation.

Prior to joining WRI, Emma worked with the Kellyn Foundation to combat food deserts in Eastern Pennsylvania, and with the Women's Environment and Development Organization on achieving gender parity in climate legislative processes.

She specializes in sharing research via geospatial analysis and science writing, and worked as a technology instructor in Madrid.

Emma holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Brown University.
