Cristina Bodas is the Communications Manager for WRI Brasil. Cristina is responsible for coordinating media outreach efforts and supporting WRI Brasil programs' communication strategies to expand the organization's impact and influence.

For over fifteen years, Cristina worked on social-environmental projects and organizations, such as Greenpeace and Plan International. Cristina also acted as a journalist in several media outlets in Brazil. She has broad experience in strategic communication, press relations, global communication, and engagement.

Cristina graduated in in Journalism at the Methodist University of São Paulo. She has a specialization in International Relations from the Birkbeck/University of London and a certificate in Leadership for Transition from Schumacher College, England.
