Ciara Regan is an Editorial Assistant at World Resources Institute, where she supports content production on and Insights, the organization's staff expert blog.

Prior to becoming a part of the WRI team, Ciara developed editorial content for several other environmental DC think tanks. She also worked as an editor and writer for her university's newspaper, the GW Hatchet, where she covered pressing issues on and off campus.

She holds a B.S. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the George Washington University's School of Media and Public Affairs, alongside an exchange program at Sciences Po in Paris, France, where she studied International Relations.

Ciara resides in Washington, DC with her rescue cat. In her free time, she teaches yoga.
