Bekah Holloway is the International Office Liaison, Strategy and Development Manager for WRI's Global Development Team. She works closely with WRI’s international offices to link country strategies with foundation priorities and interests. Bekah began her career at WRI in the Executive Vice President and Managing Director’s Office.

Prior to joining WRI, Bekah worked in the semi-autonomous Kurdistan region of Iraq for the Kurdistan Regional Government’s Department of Protocol. Before travelling to Kurdistan, Bekah worked as a Campus Organizer for OSPIRG at Southern Oregon University.

Bekah has completed an MSc in Environmental Economics with the University of London’s School of African and Oriental Studies and holds a B.A. from New York University in Environmental Studies, with minors in Politics and Middle Eastern Studies.

Bekah is a passionate world traveler; in addition to her time in Kurdistan, Bekah has lived in Europe and speaks fluent German.
