Alejandro Guzman-Vogele
Grants and Finance Specialist I, Global Forest Watch

Alejandro is a Grants and Finance Specialist in the Global Forest Watch program of the Forest department. He works to expand the Global Forest Watch program by overseeing budgets, contracts and subcontracts for the different projects within WRI's Global Forest Watch platform under the Forest Program.
Prior to joining WRI, Alejandro worked in Finance and Accounting in the Environmental field. He held a Finance internship position at the Environmental Law Institute, an environmental organization that does work in law and policy development.
Alejandro holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Vermont's College of Art's and Sciences. At the University of Vermont he also received minors in Environmental Studies and History.
Alejandro currently lives in Potomac, MD.
