Announcing the first major group purchase of solar power for commercial buyers San Francisco’s Department of the Environment (SF Environment), in cooperation with the World Resources Institute (WRI), invites you to the launch of “Solar@Work,” an exciting new program to bring solar power to companies across the Bay Area.

The initiative is an innovative group purchasing program for solar energy that will dramatically reduce the cost of installing solar power. Solar@Work will allow commercial businesses and property owners in the Bay Area to purchase solar installations at a reduced cost that will be available for 2011 deployment.

As the first project of its kind in the U.S., Solar@Work will serve as a model for cities and businesses across the country to invest in clean energy. For more information: wri.org/solar-at-work
