Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Prior to January 6, full refund less $50 administrative fee; from January 6 to February 10, 50% refund; after February 10, no refund will be available. In the event of a Summit registration cancellation, WRI assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations, or other costs incurred by registrants.
