I read the document (the entire management summary and for me interesting parts of the full report) and find it fully satisfactory. It gives me a good impression of the issues and how they have been adressed. It is credible because it speaks openly about the weak points, and I am sure it is useful - including the anecdotal parts - for anyone who has to organize similar multi-stakeholder processes.
