Goals
By 2010:
- Leverage US$125 million or more in committed investment to clean energy
- Bring investment to at least 20 clean energy enterprises
- Work with financial institutions to establish clean energy financing mechanisms with potential to drive clean energy market expansion, especially in underserved rural and urban areas
