About Virginia Barreiro
Virginia has been working with sustainable enterprise development for 7 years. She is currently the director for New Ventures (NV) and has helped to grow the initiative from a regional (Latin America) to a global focus that is active in 5 major emerging markets, Brazil, Mexico, China, India and Indonesia. NV supports small and medium enterprises operating in sustainable sectors. The project identifies innovative enterprises with potential for high environmental and social impact and provides them with access to business development services and investment.
