Tweneboa Appiah-Kusi joined WRI in 2010 as the Accounting Manager. In 2011 Tweneboa was promoted to the Assistant Controller position.

Before joining WRI in July 2010 Tweneboa worked briefly as a Senior Accountant at DC government in the EDRC department. Before joining the DC government he worked with Raffa PC, a public accounting firm in Washington DC where he worked on various projects. Tweneboa also worked as a consultant for various firms including United States Pharmacopeia and the Charmer Sunbelt Group both in the Washington DC metro area.

Tweneboa Appiah-Kusi has an MBA finance degree from University of Leicester in the UK. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
