Theo is the Program Coordinator for the Markets and Enterprise Program. He provides administrative support to the Program Director and to his colleagues working in New Ventures, Aqueduct, Climate Finance in the Private Sector, and The Next Practice Collaborative. Theo is responsible for travel arrangements, visas, scheduling, expense reports, contracts, check requests, wire transfers, tech support, and other miscellaneous administrative duties.

Theo previously worked at AMIDEAST, a non-profit organization which promotes educational and institutional development in the Middle East and North Africa primarily through study abroad and scholarship programs. He worked in the Advising and Testing department and was responsible for scoring exams, maintaining score reports, maintaining sales statistics, authenticating diplomas, maintaining financial records, paying vendors, and providing administrative and material support to 19 field offices. He has also volunteered at the Library of Congress where he assisted in maintaining library stacks and the web portal for the East European Division.

Theo holds a B.A. in History from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and will soon complete an M.A. in National Security Studies online with American Military University.

Theo enjoys spending time with his family at home, taking care of two dogs and rabbits, and doing home improvement projects. He also enjoys a Sudoku or a crossword puzzle with his morning coffee.
