About Shailesh
Shailesh Sreedharan has ten years of experience providing organization change and marketing strategy advice to organizations and, helping expanding multinational firms set up their operations function to scale effectively. Shailesh comes to WRI from SapientNitro in London, a marketing and strategy consultancy. In his last role there, he helped set up a centre of excellence in the UK to help develop and implement organization wide digital strategy for financial services clients across Europe including HSBC, Barclays and BNP Paribas.
Prior to that he provided organization design, change management and process design advice to public sector clients in the UK including the National Health Service, NHS Blood and Transplant and the Department of Health. As a part of his engagement with the NHS in England, he led the work-stream to design a framework for integrating systems across primary, secondary and mental health care systems at a national level in England. For the Department of Health, Shailesh led the team that designed the organization and governance model for the Intelligent Customer Function which will provide IT service management to all health care organizations in England.
From 2002 to 2006, he helped set up the operations function for a global Indian software services firm in India and in the UK including the design and set up of a Balanced Score Card to monitor and measure operational performance across all functions of the organization.
Shailesh holds a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Mumbai University and a MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
