Experts & Staff

Rina works in the Office of the President, serving as the Special Assistant to Andrew Steer. She previously worked for WRI in the Development department from 2006-2009. She has a master’s degree in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an undergraduate degree from the George Washington University. She has recently completed a digital photography program at Boston University’s Center for Digital Image Arts (DC campus).
