Ray Cheung has 10 years of experience in Chinese environmental and business development issues. While based in China, he was a writer for the Economist Intelligence Unit’s “Business China” report, in which he probed investment opportunities in China’s environmental industries. He was also a China reporter for Hong Kong’s “South China Morning Post” and a program manager at the University of Hong Kong’s Journalism and Media Studies Centre. Before journalism, Ray worked with the Chinese environmental organization Global Village of Beijing. Ray has a BS in Conservation and Resource Studies from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Georgetown University. He is responsible for coordinating New Ventures activities in China.
