About Qinghong Wang

Qinghong (Victoria) Wang is the Manager of World Resources Institute (WRI) China Office. She provides operations support and administrative support to the WRI China Office and oversees the facilities maintenance of the China Office. She works towards ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership and support with respect to all China Office functions.

Prior to joining WRI, Qinghong served as Assistant to China Program Director of Give2Asia, a U.S. based NGO established by The Asia Foundation that promotes corporations and individuals engaged in philanthropy, draws attention to the issues in the fields of health care, education and environment protection, and highlights trends and patterns in charitable giving. Previously, she served as the Supervisor of Training & International Exchange Department of Wuhan HR Service Center, a sub-organization of Wuhan Personnel Administration Bureau, China. In the past, Qinghong served for a NGO in Mauritius, Indian Ocean, and Wuhan Tourism School in China.

Qinghong received her master degree in Development Policy from the University of Bremen, Germany, and her bachelor’s degree in English from Hubei University in China. She also has a diploma of Hotel Management from Shanghai Institute of Tourism.
