Natalya Lozovaya is the Program Coordinator for the Institutions and Governance Program (IGP). Before joining WRI, she worked for a national member association in Washington, D.C. with a goal of alleviating poverty across the United States and its territories by researching effective local interventions and promoting these best practices across a network of States and non-profits. Natalya is a nationally certified Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) trainer.

Natalya holds a B.A. in International Economics (w/ French language) and Political Science (international focus) from the University of Kentucky. She spent one year abroad in Grenoble, France studying political science and business economics, and frequently traveled around Europe. Natalya was born in Yaroslavl, Russia, and speaks Russian and French.
