About Mogens
Mogens Laumand Christensen has approx. 30 years of experience in development cooperation with special expertise in local government and decentralisation, development of private sector and agricultural development programs, He has over the last 15 years especially worked with climate change, natural resources management and environment at local and national levels.

He has worked for the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA) and has lived in Kenya, Cambodia, Malawi, Bangladesh, and Zambia. He has been Denmark’s Deputy Representative for UNEP and UN HABITAT in Nairobi and held senior positions within Danish Embassies, worked for the World Bank and the Danish Red Cross, and has been the Senior Town Planner for the Municipality of Allerød, Denmark.
